I found Gator Construction online through Coby, the owner, and had him come out for a quote. He arrived at my house before I got home from work and had already taken all of his measurements and took his notes by the time I arrived. He was willing to send me a handful of quotes with different costs and items added or removed, per my request. When I had gone through 7 companies for quotes, my wife and I decided that Gator Construction had won our business for several reasons: Gator’s (Coby & his crew) thoroughness and thoughtfulness, his humble approach to excellence, his past quality of work, and his exterior siding and aesthetics business’s trajectory.

By the time all the material had finally arrived, his team nearly had the house finished. It only took about a day longer than the original two week estimate even with the delays and bad weather! My wife and I couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the fully finished product. Gator turned our old, sad, blue house into a brand-new-looking, gorgeous house on the block! His crew’s skills and their “get it done right” mindset is the reason we hired them to do the job.
